These courses are based on The New Meditation Handbook, Transform Your Life and How to Solve Our Human Problems, by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso - available from the meditation class, from Tharpa Publications, or at all major book shops. In addition to covering essential meditation techniques, various topics from these books will be looked at each week as shown below.

  • Week 1: The faults of anger

  • Week 4: Practising patience
  • Week 5: Learning not to retaliate
