Directions

From Covent Garden tube, walk away from Covent Garden Piazza and cross over the road to head down Neal street. Pass the "Diesel" store on your left and a further 100 yards or so, take a left into Short's Gardens and then a right Neal's Yard. As you reach the shops, the Meeting Rms are on your right (lime green door) next to the Walk In Backrub.

From Leicester Square tube, walk away from Leicester Square towards Covent Garden. Take a left into Monmouth Street and continue to cross over seven-dials. 50 yards further down, turn into the passage on your right - this leads into Neal's Yard. The Meeting Rms are across the Yard (lime green door) next to the Walk In Backrub.

These courses are based primarily on the bestselling title The New Meditation Handbook, by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, available from the meditation class, from Tharpa Publications, or at all major book shops. In addition to covering essential meditation techniques, various topics from The New Meditation Handbook will be looked at each week as shown below.
